Anything from 100/hr-500/hr, depending on the year-level of your course and the price tutors want to charge. Total cost depends on the number of hours you've requested

You have a choice of home, library, campus or a place of your choice. Most tutors would prefer to meet on/near campus, so this should be your expectation. A tutor can rejct your request with an alternate date, and you'll need to approve their alternative.

Before the lesson takes place, after your requested tutor has confirmed their availability to do the lesson on your date, time & venue.

Under your pending payment tap in your dashboard. Payment will go through PayFast which will allw you to choose any payment option of your choice.

After you pay for your lesson, you will receive an email with your tutor's email/cell (They will get your contact details too)

Before your session starts, you will give your verification code to your tutor so that we can confirm that you 2 met. After the lesson, your tutor will provide you with feedback on the topics discussed in your meeting, and you will get an opportunity to rate their service.

Mainly Cape Town & Gauteng, but we are able to source tutors based on a student's needs

The tutors have their academics vetted (limited failed subjects, average above 55%, past tutoring experience, police criminal clearance)

Not as a standard, but you are welcome to request the option to share the tutor cost & session with up to 2 other people (total max of 3 people per tutor)

You can request a new tutor everytime, and if your tutor is popular, then know that you will need to book as many sessions as you need before other students beat you to it.

Yes, a small commission added to the tutor rate. We don’t deduct the commission from the rate you charge.
